- Shipping Areas We currently ship to the following regions: Europe (including Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Bulgaria and other EU countries) United States of America (USA) Shipping to other countries is planned and will be added at a later date.
- Delivery times: Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery within Europe takes approximately 4–6 business days, and to the USA approximately 6–9 business days. The delivery time comprises a processing time of 1–2 business days and the shipping time of the shipping provider.
- Shipping costs Europe: Order value from €50.00 → free shipping; Order value up to €49.99 → shipping costs €4.99. USA: Order value from USD 50.00 → free shipping; Order value up to USD 49.99 → shipping costs USD 6.99.
- Shipping Method & Tracking: All orders are shipped via insured express delivery with tracking. The tracking number will be sent by email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. Depending on the destination, shipping is handled by DHL, DPD, UPS, USPS, or an equivalent shipping provider.
- Customs and import duties: For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. For deliveries to the USA, all applicable fees are already included in the product price. There are no additional costs upon delivery.
- Delivery delays: Should delays occur in exceptional cases (e.g. due to high workload of the shipping service providers or unforeseen events), we will inform you immediately by email.
